Lindian Trust is a general residential construction company specializing in the building of luxury summer houses and private residential developments. From summer 2008 Lindian Trust is expanding into the Real Estate market and has now undertaken the responsibility of selling as Agents for Residential and Commercial Property and Land acquisitions.

Lindian Trust assists clients in Maintaining and Letting their properties for both Lindian Trust built properties and properties built by a third party.

Our philosophy is to provide the total satisfaction and requirements of our clients, and we constantly achieve this by building projects to the highest of quality and standards.
Our target is the construction and development of high quality buildings following a fixed schedule and budget with emphasis placed on the flexibility and security of our constructions. With all third party acquisitions and sales we conduct thorough searches to ensure we continue to only sell the best available residential and commercial properties and land across Rhodes Island.
