Maintenance Services
- Cleaning services
1. Spring clean 80 euros
2. Builder clean (2 bedroom property) 250 euros
3. Builder clean (3 bedroom property) 350 euros
- Pool services (6 months only) 1,300 euros
- Commission and de-commission of swimming pool (6 months – May to end October).
If you require your pool filled from the beginning of April an extra charge will be applied.
- Twice weekly checks and treatments (all data recorded on pool log).
- Pool vacuum once per week. (includes cleaning of lines, pumps and filters).

- Winter / summer property checks 15 euros per visit

Standard Maintenance Package
Maintenance
- Weekly winter checks (internal and external).

- Four hours of gardening per month, all year.
- Emergency call outs.
Management
- Payment of your bills.
- Collection of post (Post Office or PO Box).
- Accepting deliveries.
This is our Standard Maintenance Package the cost for these services is 1,500 euros per annum plus Tax.

EOT (Notice to Clients intending to let their property)
With affect from the 1st of May 2008 the Greek National Tourist Board will be re-enforcing existing laws for EOT Licensing, previous years have seen a relaxed approach to these Laws but from the 1st of May 2008 all properties that are intended for short term lets the Owner is obliged to hold an EOT License for the property.
If the property is intended for the use solely of family or friends of the Owner then no License is required provided also that the guests are staying free of charge.
