Our Services

            Option 1 includes the following services:          

Option 1 is our full package – cost 5% of the Contract price.

            Option 2 includes the following services:

Option 2 is our Sale and After Care Package – cost 4% of the Contract price.

Option 3 includes the following services:

Option 3 is our Sales Only package – cost 3% of the Contract price.

Option 4 includes the following services:

Option 4 is our referral package – cost 2% of the Contract price should the Client proceed with a purchase.

 

Marketing

Our years of experience enable us to know which areas are effective in marketing. We don’t believe that simply by placing a hard copy advertisement in a property magazine is sufficient to guarantee a consistent flow of clients throughout the year. We also don’t believe that by simply opening large numbers of offices, that this will bring a continued flow of guaranteed sales. We understand the market and all our staff are trained to deal with the customers and their every need.

Advertising    

We offer two options for advertising.

Option 1          Summer Exposure

For this package we use our carefully located office during the summer months to promote and obtain pre-qualified clients and thereafter sales.

 

This is all included at no extra cost within any of the four Service Options above.

Option 2          Winter Extra Promotional package

Includes all of the Summer Exposure package, plus for an additional cost of 5,000 € per annum for one property or 8,000 € per annum for a complete project (two or more properties) we will promote your property or project in the following areas throughout the year;

 

 

Valuation

Stuck on pricing? Don’t worry that’s what we are here for! A member of our team will visit your property/project and provide to you free of charge a full valuation followed by a detailed report giving you with the most appropriate and up to date market valuation.

Exclusivity

You can give us exclusivity, but this is not something that we expect or advise. For complete exposure of your property or project we recommend that you obtain the services of other Agents, no need for all your eggs to be in one basket!

What’s next?

Once you have decided which package best suits your needs a formal contract will be drawn which will include all services you have selected. The contract will give authority to Lindian Trust to sell legally your property or project and act on your behalf throughout the sale process.

If you have received this document via email please print and complete your details below. The details you submit will be entered onto the Contract otherwise known as the Associated Membership Agreement.
